You need to apply a transformation matrix to the mesh, just search in the granny documentation. You'll probably want to keep different copies of the same mesh with different scale values in order to avoid having to transform the same model over and over again.

I have no idea how to apply transformation i have matrix vector with scales but i dont find any function to apply transform

This won't work for this, because the scale is model based.

Look at the granny documentation doc, it's got released with the source.
