Hi, please help me.. 

error with start server.

Your actual problem is special_item_group.txt. System can't start if system can't find the file in locale/czech folder.

 

Other error ; You are only create a package folder in share folder and link that in all ch1,auth,game99

this is your error: there is no item yang : node zlata_pokladnice
open locale/czech/special_item_group.txt , search for 'yang' and remove it

search in uitooltip.py for: 
item.APPLY_DEF_GRADE : locale.TOOLTIP_DEF_GRADE,
and replace with:
item.APPLY_DEF_GRADE_BONUS : localeInfo.TOOLTIP_DEF_GRADE,
