Lycan Skills

Hello,

So everything is working well, but when he makes the skills of Attack power or Attack speed, there is no after skill effect ...

I'm talking about the blue ring and fire over him effect..

I had it working before but not sure why it stopped working as i didn't do anything. Syserr is clean.

I can do the skill normally but after skill doesnt show up. What could be the problem?

2 things are possible:

*affect flag isn't set properly in db

OR

*affect isn't set properly in client (binary and/or .py files)
