It still can't find the python variable, but I recommend you to modify the "python" to your python folder. Example:
 
python make_xml.py - > C:ApplicationsPython27python make_xml.py

I get this error after running  make_locale,root,uiscript files and after I rename metin2.bin to metin2.exe

The error message says everything, the picture not exist. Pack the other files of the client too, not just the root, locale, uiscript.

I don't know if the eix and epk files would still be editable but if they would, then i ask for the same.

Because i wanted this client, and i don't know how to follow this tutorial, it's too hard FOR ME to understand

For me too. Especially with Root , uiscript and locale because they are .py and .pyc as well , and you need to use Wildcard and my pc doesnt Pack those folders correctly. If someone Pack the eix and epk files you can still open them ( dont worry)

The solution is to remove any blank spaces in your path
