I'm creating a starter for my metin2 server and i want to show the patch notes when i start the launcher . How can i make it?

Use C# or C++(I prefer to use win32api(visg) but you can use cli) or java.

The reason you shouldn't use vb is simple,because vb sucks

 

But if you still want to use vb and create the starter that you want,add a webbrowser and link it to your updates)there are other ways to do what you want but this is the most easy).

Use WebBrowser from the ToolBox. Search a tutorial or something if you can't do it.
