Problem with Source

I downloaded a VDI with the Source in it, from TheGame.

But when I try to compile the novaline, I get many errors.

Now i succesfully compiled the gamefile but when I log in, I get kicked...

BIND_IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Open CONFIG each core in each channel and add the line above ..
