Vanilla Core Rare bonus

Hi all, I know this is such a stupid question but I can't find an answer: I've got vanilla core 2.4.1 54250, in her post she said that 6th and 7th bonus are enabled by default but how can I add them? What item should I use? Blessing marble in game says that I can't add other bonusses. Is there another item, or maybe vanille said wrong and it could be disabled and I need to enable it on each config file?

71051 to add the 6/7, and 71052 to change it (or the other way around, i dont remember and cant acess a db right now)

 

You need to add the item client and serverside.
