Problem with dmg on mount panda and polar bear

Hy metin2 dev , i have a problem with panda mount and polar bear mount

 

First i can't attack when i were ride on mount i can't attack from it , but i change the launcher and the problem is fixed

Now i can attack from it but i don't give damage from it. I am using 34k game, i try to fix it with a dif but the problem isn't fixed, do anyone know a dif that works on 34k game?, or another fix?
