Searching for Refine Items Configuration

I am searching for the files in the Source were the Refine Items are configured.

I want to change the percent chance for a successfull upgrade.

Thanks for the answer, but thats not what i mean.

I mean the Magic Stone or the scroll which can be used during an upgrade.

If you use them you get a 10% higher chance for a successful upgrade.
