ATTMOB help

Hello, i'm trying put the guardians of my city when a player is near with a mob attacking, the guardian move and attack the mob, but when i try put the "ATTMOB" in ai_flag (mob proto), the npc dont move and dont attack.
Someone know how can i do to the guardian can attack a mob?
