Hello everyone,

I am currently working on setting up a new Metin2 server, and I want to build a well-balanced economy. I am looking for advice from experienced developers and server administrators regarding the best drop rates.

Could you please share your recommendations or ideal percentage settings for the following items?

* **Equipment** (Weapons and Armors)
* **Upgrade Items** (Common drops, pearls, etc.)
* **Skill Books (SB)**
* **Soul Stones**
* **Spirit Stones** (+0 to +4)
* **Upgrade Scrolls** (Blessing Scrolls / Papyrus)
* **Dragon Soul Shards** (DSS)
* **Exorcism Scrolls**
* **Concentrated Reading Scrolls**

Any insights on how to balance these rates within the configuration files (or mob_drop_item.txt) to keep the gameplay engaging without ruining the market would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Balancing the game is not only drop percentages. It all depends on the systems you have and will be using on progression. It depends on a lot of things and i believe there is no right answer for your question.
You just need to do your balancing and test. Re-balance and test. Re-balance and test. And that's it. There is no server that launches with perfect balance. People always complain about something and changes are made.

You just need to find your formula.
