Help need by old user again

[granpa123 10]

hi all again

Firstly thanks to all who help last time as this old fellow learned a lot

i am looking for some help/info this time with the website config as i am having a hell of problem getting port 3306 to connect as it seems from port info it is just for localhost

so i would think then you would need to connect to the site itself first then to the mysql server itself  as had to do in the getting navicat to connect to it

i have also seen that if i change the BIND_ADDRESS ip in the /usr/local/etc/mysql/conf.d/server.conf file to a ip of webpage???????

so maybe yo know a easier may for me to do this and here is a copy of the config i use
