just a quick note.......... ZycloniusMT2 is still around after 6 years(second time running from back in 2013) and has a new faster and better home just for the server as players have no complaints about speed etc as i have kept it as close as i can to the original server play as i can with adding all new maps and items etc (check out website) as for website is at a different location so they do not clash with each other but maybe a little slower but reliable and useable www.metin2.au or www.zycloniusmt2.loginto.me it is also totally free as it always has been too Granpa123

hi there i am looking for the files that are associated with the character Seon-Pyeong (20091) especially the one that upgrade stones like the "Stone of Monsters" etc as i have found a few bits of info like in the Char_item and Refine_proto and all there seems ok as i suspect what i need maybe in the client source files so any help would be grateful as going to add it to the UltharV2 files Granpa123

As of January 2026 the server was placed on a very fast online server with the latest type of server which I have added things like Wings/Sashes and Mounts you can unmount plus a good supply of Quests etc and like to thanks the 2 fellows who helped in setting it up online Plus my usual collection of Maps, Weapons and Items etc and it will be still a totally free server where you really play for free!!!!!!!!! (read website info) so if you want a mainly basic style of Metin2 without all the fancy looking easy stuff well why not have a look here where you have to work of everything you want to get as i have place everything either in shops or on certain maps and have placed them in and on different maps being in my 16th year of setting up and doing it all myself on different types of servers from the original "rain" and "Profizocker94" etc files (which i still have) i hope you enjoy my latest version metin2.au zycloniusmt2.loginto.me

hi all from a 62 year old fellow (hence the name) who would like some help/info getting a online server (instead of a virtual box one) to work with the files from Ulthar V2 files as seeing i am in Australia i have got a VPS up and running here with Freebsd 13.2 on it but i am having all sorts of problems in getting MYQSL5.6 to function properly to where i can connect to it via Navicat etc as i have tried using the "How to create a Metin2 private server on dedicated server with Metin2 Project" and a few others without any success in getting it to function so any help would be great so i can get my Totally free Zycloniusmt2 server make again Granpa123

hi all from a 62 year old fellow (hence the name) who would like some help/info getting a online server (instead of a virtual box one) to work with these files from here as seeing i am in Australia i have got a VPS up and running here with Freebsd 13.2 on it but i am having all sorts of problems in getting MYQSL5.6 to function properly to where i can connect to it via Navicat etc as i have tried using the "How to create a Metin2 private server on dedicated server with Metin2 Project" and a few others without any success in getting it to function so any help would be great so i can get my Totally free Zycloniusmt2 server make again Granpa123

just done a reset so back now as it has been months since checked and seen anyone

it is amazing how 99% of servers these day are nothing more than cheap ripoffs that last for a week ripoff paying people then change there name and do it again so gone are the days of good servers (maybe 1% left) that actually do the right thing well that is life now

hi all there has been a free changes to this server as it seems that i have eliminated if not all lag and disconnections to the server now but seeing the connection from Europe to Australia is not the best at times i think i have a work around it as a couple of player have no complaints about that Granpa123
