No line highlighting in Visual Studio

When I select any element of my project's interface, the line is not highlighted in any way; only the line number gets highlighted. This is very tiring. Does anyone know how to make the entire line highlight?

Then the only other way I know would be on Tools > Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors, and from there find Highlight Current Line and change the color manually.
