[BUG/ERROR] Extracting ItemProto From official

Hello, today im trying to unpack the item proto from official client, but, when i extract, the accents bug...
 
Example:

gb2312name="Vers?"

Vers? = Versão, so the ão is ?.

 

 

How i can solve it?

 

PS: All extractors for item proto, have this bug. Extractors that i test. xD

It has nothing to do with the extractor, you probably use the latest version of notepad ++, you gotta take a look at the charset or use another editor like Sublime or something else.

Yep, problem is notepad++... xD

So, now i use Programmers Notepad xD
