Upgrade chances - easier way to change them?

As the topic states i feel like i remember a easier way than manually typing for each item in refine_proto, but now i don't remember it. Or maybe i am wrong completely.

If there's a way can anyone help me with it?

UPDATE player.refine_proto SET prob = prob * 1.10; -- +10%

Isn't this the same outcome, you need to type every vnum one by one?

If you only need it for specific upgrades, then yeah, of course. Or you can make a range.

So like define a refine set, items etc. upp chances then apply the group on the item_proto to the item right? <- easiest way is this?
