Refine at certain NPC

Hello,

 

Can anyone give me a hint or tell me how I can make certain items (for example, vnums 123, 456, 789) to be able to refine (upgrade) them ONLY at a NPC (for example NPC with vnum 111) and also, once an item was refined with that NPC (doesn't matter if it succeeded or not), the NPC would disappear.

Yea, I was thinking to use the Demon Tower smith, but maybe there is a simpler \ quicker way.

You got something about this? Looks a good idea, at least the function to just refine with one specific npc or item.
