Can't connect Mysql...

I have " [40250] Reference Serverfile + Client + Src [15 Available Languages]" and can't connect to server.

Every attempt to connect to the server results in mysql shutdown. I attach syssers. I don't have the strength anymore, so please help me.

About a minute after turning on the server, my entire mysql shut down... It only works normally when the server is turned off.

Have you tried to change the "127.0.0.1" to "localhost" in CONFIG file?

Yes, I tried. It didn't help either. I will add that I am trying to put the server on a VPS with FreeBSD 12.
