Ninja camouflage bug

Hey guys,

I just found very old bug with ninja camouflage skill. Someone got it fixed? Would be really nice, if someone got a solution for that.

Just remove the skill on login (char_affect.cpp).

Maybe it's colliding with the REVIVE_INVISIBLE affect.
