Flame spirit isn't doing DMG while on mount/horse

Hello I've got a problem with flame spirit on server. It's not giving dmg from horse.

This is not a bug by the way, it was intended since Flame Spirit is not considered a self-buff. And you can't use skills while on mounts.

Still, if you wish to fix it:

// Find the function:

// Inside of it, find:
if (bCanUseHorseSkill && pkSk->dwType != SKILL_TYPE_HORSE
