You can limit the connections from one ip with IPFW. But ofc I don't know what your attacer doing and how, so that's not a guarantee to fix your problem. 

10001 allow tcp from any to me dst-port 11000 setup limit src-addr 10 #Limiting the tcp connections on port 11000 to 10/ip
