Hello, i have a problem with my client...

Is written in SYSERR:

0817 18:26:49747 :: GrannyModelInstance(Bip01).GetBoneMatrixPointer(boneIndex(62)).NOT_FOUND_BONE
0817 18:26:49747 :: GetBoneMatrix(modelIndex(0), boneIndex(62)).NOT_FOUND_BONE

and

0817 18:06:17715 :: ResourceManager::GetResourcePointer: NOT SUPPORT FILE g:(ÁÖ)À̸̹£3dõÀDZº¹ý»çõÀDZº¹ý»ç02.psd
how can I fix it?
