Add 7,8 skills?

So i am try add new skills in my server(7and8),i am add all normal in client and all work,but problem is that this 7,8skill dont make dmg ingame...so i dont know what is problem,gamefile or what?? i am use 40250 gamefile,so if someone can help me i can pay too thanks

Are you using test server mode? Whats the output on chat when you make this skill?

nothing,it create skill but dont do dmg...idk is problem in gamefile or binnary?? bcs new 6x skill for warrior and assasin work normal,just 7,8 no
