Patcher Problem

Hi. I already spent more than 12hours to setup one working patcher but all makes fail. I got all time one "ERROR" message and thats all for all Patcher. For few I gets simple error window and thats all. No one working, I don't know why. In the past It worked with the same setup type but now nah.. What can I do? I tried many webhosting but no one offering "public_html" folder or it not showing. I tried also on Server's website but same problem that the "ERROR" message but I'm sure that I setuped good and should be working. (I tried all version of links like "http://www.", "www", "http://" and etc.No one working. Mostly I tried the simple version of patcher the "Metin2 Patcher V1.2" and "V1.3" and etc. other versions. 

Please help me, I have no other idea what can I do for it.

Hello. Have you tried an open source patcher? or only autopatchers?
I give you one its 100% work: 

You need to download visual basic 12 or 13, and creat the patcher.
