problem installing mysql

It's telling you clearly that your version of FreeBSD is obsolete and you should upgrade to a newer one.

upload it somewhere else (normally your /home directory) and then move it from within the shell.

 

Current is FreeBSD 11.4, check what's yours with uname -a

 

You can upgrade with freebsd-update upgrade -r 11.4-RELEASE
