Time fix boss

Hi everyone, i have a question, how i can summon boss and count exacly 12 hour for example and respaw him? in regen the time count after kill the boss, i need one way of count time when respaw and if the boss don't died yet purg and summon again something like that

this is in quest right? if i do reboot server i lost server timer , i think

You can run  the timer every server boot from main.

but if i restart server this timmer reboot too, and boss just respaw again right? not wait for correct time
