[SOURCE] LOCALE ERROR

Hi

I have issue with language on my server.

File locale_string.txt is correct and loaded succesfull yet i don't have text from it but only korean marks with ??

I am using Vanilla Core [latest: r71480 on FreeBSD 9.2 with gcc++ and c++ 4.2(fixed errors and it works fine but not language -.-)

So I can't find where the problem is, can someone help?

 

P.S.: Don't write to update anything.
