add more functions,slots

hello guys .. 

i wounder if i can get this function, slot  

this pic i took it form old game i've played before .

ass u can see there are 11 functions in this boot .. 4 basic + 5 + 6-7

i need it very badly

note : there is no quest or an item to add this thing on ur items it just came like this as the programmer made .

note : the game was closed since 2018.01.27  

the main thing that is every single item in the game had 4 basic function  like armor ,shield, boot  every thing   

also u can add 4 slots in accessories + 4 stones in armors and weapons 

 

i need ur help guys
