Horse and reset exp problem

Hey guys,

I have a little problem, my horse is not dying and has 100% of hp and stamina.

I tried to set the values of hp and stamina and horse_hp_droptime in database to 0 and horse is still alive.

And the second thing is. 

I need to make an item which can remove experience of my actual level.

This don't work for me, it will do a bug and it giving me many lvlups:

        when 15674.use begin
            pc.give_exp2(-pc.get_exp())
        end

If someone can help me I will be really glad.
