Good morning Could any of you help me with installing the metin2 home page? I'm trying to link the files of a homepage to my domain ... Configure everything in the right way "config" load it via ftp but it always gives me the same error any site I try to install!

mysql_* functions have been removed in PHP 7+.

You probably have PHP 7 in XAMPP. You now have two alternatives: MySQLi and PDO.

Additionally, here is a nice wiki page about PDO.

You can use something really basic like this:

echo 'Current PHP version: ' . phpversion()

?>

 

Just add it into the (for example) index file and you'll see the current version.

You should update your code with mysqli library or mysql PDO.

Or you can downgrade your php version with legacy one (php5.6).
