Problem Launching Server

Hi guys,  i tryed to make a pserver on a dedicate host, but i have problem running it.

 

When i start the server i get this error

 

SYSERR: Jun 29 19:01:02 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.

SYSERR: Jun 29 19:01:05 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.
SYSERR: Jun 29 19:01:08 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.

SYSERR: Jun 29 19:01:14 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.
SYSERR: Jun 29 19:01:17 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.
SYSERR: Jun 29 19:01:20 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.

 

I tryed to change the port but nothing works. Any ideea?

I did that, have the same problem. i reinstalled the Freebsd and server 10 times....  I don`t use a virtual machine, I use a sepparate computer on same network that are behind a router with full dmz opened on that "DEDICATE SERVER"
