Question about reset skills

Hey guys,

I have a problem with reset skills by quest (this problem has a lot of servers). When you do a reset skills by quest you get only empty list of skills but you don't get a teachers vids without relogging your character so you can't click on teachers and select the skills again.

If someone have solution for this I will be glad for it!
