Hello guys,i know it's wierd,but..is there exist a function to scale the characters/npcs ? I mind,if it's possible in reall time scale character,can i make it a little small ?  it's really cool hehe

No, you have to scale the npc / character with 3ds max (or any other 3d modelling tool) and change the gr2 inside m2 client
