Create Safe , Water, Monster zone in map?? (server_Attr)

I need to create Safe , Water etc zone in my map. Any ideas? If we can do it with world editor how?

- "Import" the map into MapConverter, choosing its folder.

- Menu "Map Converter > Server Attribute > Export Server Attribute"

Done.
