mob attack speed bug

Slow-moving creatures shoot early (dog, bear,pig, vs.)

spider no problem. giant mobs no problem.

change mob_proto same problem, change ftp monster files same problem

How can I fix

up maybe replacing the .gr2 with one that has no problem will fix the issue?
