Chars random bugged(400€ reward for the fix)

Hey guys,

since 1 week we have the problem that totally random chars gets buggy(after the login screen the client closes, without any error message, the syserr is also clear). Other chars at the same account are working, we resetet the chars to map1, they are still buggy. We also didnt find any errors in the syserr serverside. We uploaded backups from months before, it hasn´t helped at all.
How the bug looks like: the chars becomes random kick(most of the times while they try to port to a map(doesnt matter which map) and after that the client is always closing without an error after the loading screen).

Whoever can find that bug and fix it will get 400€ as reward(pp / psc).

If the client closes without the clientside syserr saying anything then it's the launcher.

We tried it with an older version of our client(which worked for months without problems) and it didnt worked as well. Also we couldnt login with the bugged chars with the old client ether.

Scan your game.core and see what's the problem.

If you disabled IMPROVED_PACKET_ENCRYPTION you have to do some changes in source in order to work fine.

Alright, then the problem is 100% your game sending wrong packets to the client, try to debug the game.core or use an old game file.

We did already(we used backups from march) didnt helped at all.

After restarting the complette mysql root a few of the bugged chars are working again

I have the same problem, several people have already analyzed, but unsuccessfully in finding the real problem: / Beware of spam that promises to fix, takes the money and passes an 'ineffective'

We checked:

Game
Client
Core(s)
If any items are buggy
If maps are buggy
If any Quest is buggy
Connection problems between mysql and game server

We weren´t able to find anything, so non of those is the reason.

We found the problem, we had problems with the HEADER_GC_QUICKSLOT_ADD + HEADER_GC_PLAYER_POINTS pakets and fixed it now.

How did you solved the problem ? Are the packets were untouched ? (I don't have this bug I'm just curious)
