Handshake phase does not handle packet

hi guys

 

im using 28249 binary (test client for 40250) with 40250 gamefile

but when i start the game, sometimes it give me this error in channel1 syserr:

Handshake phase does not handle packet 71 (fd 20)

 

what is the root solution for this?
