Crashing when trying to add new weapons

Hello, I have issues when trying to add weapons to my server.

The steps I did are the following:
-added the lines to the database
-added models, textures, icons to item/icon.epk
-added the reference lines to item_list.txt
-item_proto modification

Yet the client still crashes when trying to hold the weapon. But I can see it on my inventory, and it has icon also. Any ideas what's wrong?
