mob_proto decrypt

I have this mob_proto: http://data.hu/get/9884977/mob_proto 

I wan't to decrypt to xml

Metin2 XPM serverfile mob_proto

What version is it? I mean the server, if it's 40k you should use teacher's one, if it's 28k you should use decriptor by hectore i think that was the name i don't remember very well

I don't know if </Buildfile> is needed test with it and also without it , then drag the item_proto_pack.xml to the tool and wait to do the work

yes it's good, just drag example.xml on ProtoArchiver.exe and it will pack mob_names and mob_proto.txt to mob_proto

When i drag my xml with pack (mob_proto) nothing happends , just open the program , is that what he does?
