Start server 40k+ problem...? 40k files?

I have problem with files 40k.
When i start my server with db and game vanilla, i have this:

all the time.

Maybe i have wrong files 40k with mysql?
Can i get link to download clean files 40k + db + game + mysql? I need 100% clean files. Maybe this help me. I can not find this files.

Paciulia have you start game before without vanilla? Post syserr and syslog otherwise it's impossible help you

Use vanilla's gamecore, i think someone messed up the gamefile with hex editor.
