How do I copy english locales from another server to mine?
Like for example the empiredesc_a empiredesc_b files etc...

I'm just asking how to get the source of a file, if anything everyone is stealing in a sense, we steal from the official Metin2 so yeaa. xd

You cant take a locale from a server, only if you use brute force or something like that.

Search in google there are serverfiles released that have english locales.

You need to use this to pack/unpack files .eix/epk .

This might help you, in pack there are locales with the most ''popular'' languages. They are taken from the official server.

Take whole link, and key always starts with "!" so search that or copy whole link.
