[Question] How to change enchant "level" (more details inside)

hello, i know this enchant it is for ITEMS level 40- in Official server, i wanted to change this 40- level for another... (actually in my server they arent working at all) Any help?

Item's DB ID: 71152; 71151.

They work only in 34k or higher and you would need to change on source or a new dif made for you.

If you haven't the source you can't change level,but you can still find a diff file or something to change it,

Thank you Shogun and Denic, my problem with level is resolved... i got a new server files and what shogun said worked...
