Of course it is, WoM is hosted on VPS. Vds or virtual dedicated server is just a fancy word for a vps with guaranteed resources. But there are a lot of hosts that guarantee the resources (like Eterhost) and don't call them vds so I would just ignore it.

It has technical merit of course but I never understood why people make all these big all-in-one maps like "4 worlds" or the giant Illirea map from KillMoves. You are just loading your players RAM with stuff that is not being used at that moment.

That's not how it's done. In mob_proto you can find a field called poly_vnum where you enter the vnum of the polymorph he should drop (70104-70107) To adjust their drop rate use common_drop_item.txt

Maybe you used wrong mapindexes for the guild war maps: 110 metin2_map_t3 111 metin2_map_t4
