Problem With Language book

Hola Metin2Dev, tengo un pequeño problema con el libro de idiomas. Yo uso 40k

Puedo leer libros con el imperio Chunjo y Jinno, y trabajo muy bien, 

pero cuando trato de usar un Shinsoo, no puedo leer el libro de idiomas, solo fallo y nunca leo 1 ...

No sé porque solo este imperio no puede leer, 

Obviamente utilicé el exorcismo para leer, y verifico char_item.cpp pero no puedo ver nada malo, este es el código:

The thing is the exorcism scroll doesn’t increase the chance of reading. You need to use concentrate reading too (39030).

i know, but i want to mean, the shinsoo empire can't read language, but others empires can read, i use exorcism and Concentrated Reading,

but i shinsoo can't read, in chunjo and jinno i can use only exorcism or not use anything and read and work, but shinshoo not

Editar: No, solo había desbloqueado, el libro de 15 ish funcionó xD lo siento

i don't want, but maybe the solution is global chat... i think the error is something here

I just removed the random number stuff from char_skill and set SkillLevelUp(dwSkillVnum, SKILL_UP_BY_BOOK); every time, the shinsoo character's really can't read books succesfully, while others now always read.

 

Why do you think it is because the global chat?

I'm using a base source so i do not even have ENABLE_PRISM_ITEM_REQUIRE - DISABLE_GLOBAL_SHOUT, but the problem exist in my files too.

mm i don't know because shinsoo have a problem, well i think is chat global or glass, because ,nono i mean maybe the solution is force used a global chat, but i don't want this, but thanks!

I don't think it's caused by global chat, i think the problem starts in the "SkillLevelUp" function. Later i gonna track where it stucks for red empire characters, if i find a solution, gonna post here.

So there is a problem when you are part of shinsoo empire and read the books or? I didn't get it right.

Hello thanks!,  and yes! shinsoo is only can't read language books, anytime is wrong if you try to read, and never upgrade, but chunjo and jinno cand read :S

The problem: Shinsoo characters can't read language books successfully, always fail.

How to reproduce: Create a shinsoo character and try read some jinno/chunjo book.

(Shinsoo is the red empire)

Apparently you need to select the job first (skills) and then  you can use them.

Here is a fix if someone want to fully solve the situation:

char_skill.cpp

if (!GetSkillGroup())

    return;

Change to:

if (!GetSkillGroup() && (dwVnum < 122 || dwVnum > 140)) //Common skills are 122-140

    return;
