Who i add items and materials for crafting (cube ) system ?

Hi friends . Is the first time in my life when i try the crafting system.  I open the window from the baek-go , but where i add another items and materials ?

After i search this problem, i find i don`t have a cube.lua so ,i add:

i make this system for 2 items , but this items need 4 upgrade items to make it
