Problem at the launch of server

Hello, 

I think that the problem is my server configuration (maybe network?)

Here my interfaces settings:

 

When i start the server i get this:

 

 

And the error: socket_tcp_bind: tcp_socket: Can't assign requested address

 

I tried to put BIND_IP without results. 

I putted -I IP_ADDRESS after the game's launch and in that case i have no error but it still not working.

 

I changed more file-server and i haven't fixed the problem. So i think the problem is my server's configuration.

 

Let me know if you can suggest me anything.
