SQL INJECTION PLAYER?

Someone change today my player table , and i don`t understand who ..  

Nothing in putty history, not a user with root permision , nothing else , only a new player.player table...

Can be sql injection problem ?  (messenger , guild ) published about 4 days ago ?

Can be the same problem in my case ?

this is a new hack-inyeccion hight server in spanish is down becouse this

about 10 server is down and lost all players...
