Error with binary

Hi,

your primary error is your mob_proto ( LoadLocaleData - LoadMobProto(locale/tr/mob_proto) Error )

Your Binary tries to read values which aren't defined in the binary.

And secondly the packets from server <-> client are wrong or missing.

Use another mob_proto or add the missing values to Userinterface/PythonNonPlayer.h.
