Any people know how to fix this problem.

I have a big building, when i walk on a special place on the building i fall to the ground like the picture here https://metin2.download/picture/r3F9504x09DVmF8K988YXgTtGTP6KMUj/.gif

Also here i stand https://metin2.download/picture/r3F9504x09DVmF8K988YXgTtGTP6KMUj/.gif and when i now go 1-2 meters in front i fall to ground... ?

I can upload the building + mdatr if that is helpfull?
