Way to find Target level

Hello i make some  examples on python  for get name get target name etc..

when im import exchange  i can use  exchange.GetNameFromTarget() + exchange.GetNameFromSelf() this is my how to find my name and target name 

but i cant find  target level  there is a any way to find target level while using python ?  

or  any way to find target data by Name on python ?  

i  checked my client binary to learn python functions this is how i learned exchange.GetNameFromTarget()
